Cedar cladded outbuildings are amongst our most popular installations. Western red cedar is a very fashionable, beautiful timber. It’s very durable due to natural oils with in it, making it a perfect material to finish off our garden rooms externally.
We build be spoke garden rooms, fully insulated and plastered perfect for all year-round use. Over the years our customers have used our garden rooms for a variety of uses, with new uses regularly arising. Uses for our garden rooms include relaxing lounge, summerhouse, TV room, kids’ den, study, garden office, pool-side building, hot tub rooms, games rooms, gyms, salons, hobby rooms, commercial & classrooms, workshops, heavy duty sheds, cabins, pool/snooker room and garages.
Unlike other options on the market all our garden rooms are bespoke, meaning we can build a room to specifically suit your garden. Externally, choices of cladding finishes are available. Our two most popular being grade A cedar and fibre cement board. Our windows and doors are completely customizable, feel free to choose the sizes, colours and location.
Internally what sets us apart from many others is the plastered finished walls as standard. This gives you the feel of still being in a room of your home, especially with the warmth of our under-floor heating system installed in the majority of our rooms.

Standard features of our rooms include the following:
- Wall construction using 4X2 treated timbers, osb and breather membrane lined.
- Roof construction using 6X2 treated timbers, Osb lined with an EPDM covering or bitumen roof shingles on pitched roofs.
- A choice of 3 different cladding finishes.
- Fully insulated.
- Electrical package including feed from house 4 double sockets and Led down light internally and externally and a consumer unit.
- A choice of windows and doors.
- Fully plastered.
- Oak effect laminate flooring and skirting boards fitted.

The price includes our standard package as well as the following:
- Concrete Base: Included
- Building Sizes: 7m x 4m meter building, with an over all height of 2.5 meters (all external measurements.)
- Roof: Pent roof
- Internal walls: Room divider to create shed space – 1.5m wide.
- Windows: None
- Doors: 4-meter wide bi folding aluminum doors in anthracite, Solid PVC door for shed.
- Cladding: Cedar front, Anthracite grey James Hardie fibre cement board on rear and sides.

- Fully plastered.
- Oak effect laminate flooring and skirting boards fitted.
- All buildings are 2.5 meters or less in height externally with an internal head height of.
Garden Room Guarantee:
- Our buildings are structurally guaranteed for 10 years, with a life expectancy of 30+ years.
- 3 years for internal misting of the double glazing units and for door and window hinges and locks.
- 1 year for internal linings and trims and floor finishes.
- 7 years on all Aluminium Bi fold doors.
- External cladding conditions affected by the weather are not guaranteed for the softwood and cedar builds, 2 coats of finish are applied with in the price of the building. We recommend customer treat the cladding every 6 months to a year to preserve its colour.
- The Marley cedral lap cladding is guaranteed with us for 10 years, the cladding should be kept clean. This cladding has a life expectancy of 50+ years.
- PVC door and window adjustments are not covered in our guarantee but may be necessary from time to time; usually the customer can carry this out easily. Please call us if you need any advice doing so.
- Internal decorations are not covered with in this guarantee.
- Timber is a natural product and although we select the best quality materials available, sometimes warping may occur.
- If the customer is deemed to be responsible for any remedial works carried out by us, the customer will be charged accordingly.
