What we offer:
- Bespoke rooms to any size.
- Fully insulated and can be cladded with various materials from cedar to composite or larch wood.
- The options of french doors or bifold doors plus various windows. We can also install roof lanterns on top for extra lighting.
- Plaster finish with an option for us to decorate.
- Laminate flooring
- Electric included like plugs and down lighters but connection to the house with a mains cable as an optional extra.
- Concrete base is an optional extra starting at £600 depending on size.
- Lots of extras including WiFi, heating, televisions etc.
