The CDR Range is our most popular range of garden buildings. Designed with a beautiful Western Red Cedar cladding, Aluminium flashing, and a finished design with that WOW factor.
The Claremont is part of our CDR Range, a blend of aluminium and steel frame, with a beautiful Western Red cedar cladding. Finished internally with a flat ceiling and with a canopy roof with spotlights and recessed spotlights on the composite decking. There are many internal finishing options available, along with your choice of a single door, bi-fold doors or sliding doors.

Installation
Foundation Complete: To ensure that your design sits on the perfect platform for long-term usage, we aim to complete the base 1 week prior to the installation date. This allows enough time for our team to overcome any unexpected hurdles, allows the ground to settle, and the concrete to set properly.
Build: The day has arrived for your modular space to be built! Your account manager will be on-hand to ensure all aspects of the build go according to plan. Our team arrive at 8am and after a quick familiarisation of the site, will quickly get to work. Depending on the size and configuration of your design, the build usually takes between 3–5 days.
